Proxy voting agency Manifest is inviting pension fund trustees, fund managers and local authority finance officers to a conference immediately after the Stock Exchange's publication of its combined code on corporate governance, writes Nick Goodway.

The free conference, at the London Capital Club on Monday June 29, will include speakers from the Exchange, Hoare Govett and Lloyds Bank Registrars.
