Credit investors have injected more cash into European corporate bonds and credit default swaps in the last month, taking their total investment in the asset classes to a near two-year high.

The bullish sentiment picked up in a survey by JP Morgan comes despite increasing investor concern over a potential rise in defaults coming from interest rate rises in the US, and high levels of corporate debt, particularly in private equity-backed firms.
