Credit Suisse has hired an insurance structuring specialist from rival Société Générale as it expands its coverage for institutional clients.

Clare Hennings, who ran the French bank's insurance solutions team, has joined the financial institutions group within Credit Suisse's debt capital markets business, reporting to Sandeep Agarwal, head of the division, and Mark Oldcorn, who runs Credit Suisse's investment banking insurance coverage division.
