Credit Suisse bosses take 40% bonus cut

Executives at Credit Suisse, including CEO Tidjane Thiam, have offered to cut their own bonuses by 40% after investors criticised their proposed levels.

The bank acknowledged on Friday that some shareholders had “expressed reservations” about the bonuses granted to the executive board in its compensation report.
