Credit Suisse's chief financial officer in Europe, the Middle East and Africa has left the firm and will be replaced by a high-ranking risk officer.

Chris Carpmael, who had been Emea CFO since February 2012, left the Swiss bank at the end of last year, according to the UK Financial Services Register.
