Deutsche Bank has hired Credit Suisse's head of financial sponsors in the latest senior recruit by the German lender as it takes advantage of the fallout from the Swiss bank.

Freya van Oorsouw is joining Deutsche Bank as co-head of global financial sponsors in July, according to people familiar with the matter, another long-serving dealmaker at the bank to step down in recent weeks.
