Credit Suisse has named two new global co-heads of mergers and acquisitions, joining other large investment banks that have made senior level changes to their advisory businesses in the past month.
The Swiss bank announced internally on Friday that Scott Lindsay, the previous global co-head of M&A, would return to his role as chairman of global M&A, and would be replaced by Robin Rankin and Greg Weinberger. Lindsay had been co-chairman of the global M&A group for a period before taking the global head role in 2012 following the departure of Boon Sim to Temasek.
