Credit Suisse's bonus season is becoming increasingly complex. The Swiss bank is not only cutting payments, but it is also set to pay some dealmakers in three instalments throughout the year.

The bank is planning to pay junior and mid-ranking bankers bonuses that vest in three tranches in 40-day instalments in April, July and October, according to people familiar with the matter.
