Crypto hedge fund Pythagoras Investments will close its largest fund to fresh cash from early next year, after receiving an additional $30m of commitments following a performance surge this year.
New York-headquartered Pythagoras Investments, which manages $160m in assets, has received additional commitments of $30m for its Absolute Return fund, according to people familiar with the matter. The new cash will take the fund’s total assets to $120m.
