Credit Suisse Asset Management (CSAM) has boosted its Nordic sales team with the appointment of Kristoffer Lind as vice president.

Lind will be responsible for establishing distribution channels for CSAM's mutual fund businesses to banks, insurance companies, asset managers and independent financial adviser networks in all five Nordic countries.
