Charles Donald, deputy head of European equity research at Credit Suisse First Boston, has left the firm to join Lehman Brothers in the same role.

Donald, who had joined CSFB when it bought Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette last year, will start in June at Lehman. He will be deputy head of European equity research, as he had been at CSFB and DLJ before that since 1998. Donald is also the top-ranked analyst in the European transport sector.
