CVC Capital Partners, the European venture capital house, has started talks with Barco, a quoted Belgium design business, about a potential management buy-out.

CVC is currently undertaking due diligence before it comes up with a valuation for Barco. If the talks are successful, CVC aims to complete the management buy-out before the end of the year.
