Corporate finance firm DC Advisory has hired a former HSBC managing director whose clients include Tesco, Steinhoff and Jimmy Choo.

Andrew Judge has joined DC Advisory - which was known as Close Brothers Corporate Finance until its 2009 acquisition by Daiwa Securities - as a managing director in the London-based leisure and retail team, according to a statement from the firm.
