Deminor and NAPF link up to promote shareholder voting

Deminor Rating, the European governance rating agency, has joined forces with the UK's National Association of Pension Funds (NAPF), to promote shareholder voting throughout Europe.

Deminor and the NAPF's Voting Issues Service (VIS), will work together providing corporate governance coverage on a country-by-country basis, in order to help institutional shareholders take on more responsibility as catalysts for change in corporate management.
