Deutsche Bank has hired John Dyment as global head of capital introduction services within its prime brokerage unit in New York.

Dyment joins Deutsche from Vencast, a financial services company focused on raising capital for hedge funds, private equity and venture capital funds, where he was a managing director of alternative investments.
