A former director from Deutsche Asset Management and Wells Fargo has joined one of the big property agencies to build out its debt business in London.
Richard Day has left DWS, the rebranded Deutsche Asset Management, where was a director in the European debt investments team, to become a senior director leading origination in CBRE’s London capital markets team.
