Deutsche Bank bucks Wall Street trend of paying interns for shortened programme

The bank's 10-week internship will now be between two and four weeks, and interns will be paid for four weeks

Deutsche Bank told interns it will drastically cut the length of their programme amid the coronavirus crisis, and unlike Wall Street rivals, the German bank is cutting their pay, too.

The summer crop of recruits were told in an email from the bank this week that its 10-week, highly-coveted summer internship will now be between two to four weeks. And it will be entirely online.
