Deutsche Bank has hired Rod Prat as head of European corporate structuring within its global markets unit.

Prat will be responsible for leading the German bank's corporate structuring business, focusing on all financial instruments including over-the-counter derivatives, credit derivatives and other structured products for corporate clients.
