Deutsche Bank has hired Don Birchenough as a managing director and Americas head of media and telecoms mergers and acquisitions, based in New York. He previously worked at Credit Suisse as co-head of the firm's technology, media and telecoms M&A group in the Americas. The bank has also formed a global TMT group within its investment banking coverage and advisory business. Chris Colpitts and Gavin Deane have been promoted to global co-heads of TMT investment banking coverage. Colpitts is based in San Francisco and Deane in London.
