Deutsche Bank has recruited a team of four from Credit Suisse First Boston to create a new monetisation services desk within its US equity capital markets group. This will execute secondary deals for corporations, financial sponsors, venture capital firms and retail clients.

Neil Kearns, will join Deutsche as a managing director and head of the new monetisation services desk, reporting to Mike Friezo and Doug Baird, co-heads of US ECM.
