Deutsche Bank to pay $37m to end ‘dark pool’ investigations

Deutsche Bank will pay $37 million to end government investigations into how it routed trades to “dark pool” private trading venues, including its own, authorities said on December 16.

With the settlement, three European banks have agreed to pay a combined $191 million this year to close investigations into whether they properly policed their stock-trading platforms.
