Deutsche healthcare banker quits for FTSE pharma role

A senior mergers and acquisitions banker who joined Deutsche Bank as part of a hiring spree of healthcare dealmakers, has quit to run business development at a FTSE-listed pharmaceuticals firm.

Managing director Jamie Heath left Deutsche in March after less than two years at the German bank, according to his LinkedIn profile. He has joined BTG, a specialist in interventional medicine — non-invasive alternative treatments to conditions that might otherwise require surgery.
