Deutsche Bank has recruited James Zeigon as a managing director and chief executive officer of global institutional services.

Zeigon, a 23 year veteran banker from Chase Manhattan Bank, was recruited as a replacement for Mary Cirillo, who resigned last month after three years with Deutsche to pursue opportunities in the e-commerce industry.
