Deutsche Bank has hired Brian Fagen as managing director and head of North America execution service sales. Fagen will be based in New York and report to Derek Capanna, head of the institutional client group, equity, in the Americas, and Andre Crawford-Brunt, head of equity trading in the Americas. He most recently worked at Barclays Capital where he was global head of electronic trading distribution and co-head of liquid market sales trading.
