Deutsche brings in two senior health care bankers

Deutsche Bank has brought in two senior bankers to its health care investment banking practice. Vikram Malik will join as vice chairman and global head of medical technology investment manking. Keith Anderson will also join the firm, specialising in the contract research organisation and health care information technology sectors. Both will be based in New York and will report jointly to Pete Meyers and Michael Cohen, co-heads of global health care investment banking. Malik will join Deutsche after 11 years at Bank of America, where he was responsible for its medical technology practice. Anderson will join from Barclays Capital, where he was also involved in healt hcare banking.
