Deutsche Bank has appointed nine senior managers to run research teams and strategy just a week after axing three heads of European equity research.

David Manlowe will be head of company research in the US, Guy Ashton will run the European business, Dave Murray will supervise emerging markets and Greg Jones and Fumiaki Sato will run company research in Japan.
