Five directors have been hired: Leslye Jourdan joins from Dresdner Kleinwort, Chris Krieg from Citigroup, Martin Schuette from Merrill Lynch, Max Von Doetchinem from JP Morgan Cazenove and Daniel Muller from UBS Switzerland.
