Deutsche Bank is sending its head of emerging markets research out to Dubai to spearhead the growth and development of the investment bank’s securities research platform in the Middle East and North African region, which continues to attract Western banks as growth in more developed markets slows.

Pascal Moura, who was appointed head of company research for central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America just over a year ago, is to lead the roll-out of the platform over the next two years.
