Investment banks have always been adept at recruiting the finest graduates but, like many other business sectors, when it comes to the recruitment and retention of women, the City of London struggles.

Now 18 leading institutions, in conjunction with GTI Specialist Publishers, are taking action. In addition to the 'bring your daughter to work' days run by many leading companies, the UK's top investment banks - renowned for their intense competitiveness - have collaborated on a scheme targeting female undergraduates.
