Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette has made five hires in its Western European equities sales team in London as it continues its European expansion.

DLJ has poached John McConnell and Louise Tong for its general European sales group from Dresdner Kleinwort Benson. Also joining the general sales group is Tatjana Evans, who comes over to DLJ after two years at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter.
