Dôme Close Brothers hires nine to M&A

Dôme Close Brothers, the French arm of the UK merchant bank, has recruited three Lazard bankers as part of a spree to boost its advisory team by nine to 35.

Kristelle Kerforn, former deputy director of Lazard's French telecoms, media and technology M&A practice, joins as an assistant director after six years at Lazard.
