Dometic calls off €812m IPO as investors shun the price

Dometic, the Swedish specialty refrigerator manufacturer, has withdrawn its initial public offering (IPO) in the wake of insufficient investor demand. It is the largest European IPO to be cancelled so far this year.

EQT, the Nordic buy-out firm which owns Dometic, said in a statement: "Although the shares on offer were more than fully covered by indicated investor demand within the price range, demand from IPO investors was not found to be sufficient to ensure a successful post-IPO market for the shares."
