Dougan outlines tough targets for successor

Brady Dougan, the outgoing chief executive of Credit Suisse's investment banking division, has handed a set of ambitious targets to his successor Paul Calello.

Credit Suisse appointed Calello last week after Dougan was promoted to replace Oswald Grübel as group chief executive.
