Doughty Hanson wins £100m legal battle

Doughty Hanson and its two eponymous founders have won a court case brought by one of the UK-based private equity firm's original team in a dispute over the value of his shares in the company.

A UK High Court judge today dismissed the claim by Bruce Roe, which was first revealed by Financial News in June. The judgment was delivered in open court this morning.
