Frank Doyle, Allianz Dresdner Asset Management's head of global consultant relations, is moving to Citigroup Asset Management to lead its UK institutional business development effort.

Doyle left M&G following its takeover by Prudential in 1999 to become Allianz Dresdner's UK institutional marketing chief. He was subsequently promoted to the London-based global consultant position.
