Michel Pérétie is in the process of pulling together a 'dream team' of leading derivatives specialists to propel Bear Stearns into the forefront of capital markets activity in Europe.

Pérétie, head of international fixed income and derivatives at Bear Stearns, last week hired Jerome Camblain from Nomura to lead the US firm's European distribution effort in fixed income, foreign exchange and derivatives.
