Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein has further beefed up its global equity capital markets (ECM) operations by hiring a head of ECM in Japan.

It has persuaded Yasuo Matsuura, head of the equity syndicate at Mizuho Securities, to leave the world's largest bank and join DrKW's fast-growing ECM team.
