Dresdner Kleinwort, the investment bank owned by Allianz, has appointed a new chief executive of the Americas.

Susan Dingilian will spearhead efforts to strengthen the firm's foothold in both North and South America. She will retain her current responsibilities as head of global banking and will joint Dresdner Kleinwort's management committee for the Americas.
