Dresdner RCM Global Investors has appointed Louise Cox as director and head of its London-based team of European research analysts.

Cox joins the asset management division from the equities division at CSFB. The appointment comes as Deutsche prepares to takeover Dresdner. The integration is leading to much uncertainty over job losses, but Dresdner's jewel is its global equity product - the expertise behind it is something that Deutsche will be keen to hold on to.
