Dresdner Kleinwort Benson North America has created and staffed a new position: head of North American global markets sales and derivatives marketing.

The bank has hired Keith Fell from Merrill Lynch to take the post. Fell, whose roles at Merrill included head of Europe and Middle East fixed income sales and chief operating officer of global debt technology, will be responsible for building a distribution network and a marketing team for institutional clients throughout the Americas.
