Dresdner Kleinwort Benson's poaching spree of BNP Paribas has moved across the Atlantic with the hiring of Mark van der Griend to be head of debt capital markets in the US.

Van der Griend held a similar role at BNP Paribas, where he was head of debt capital markers, financial institutions, North America.
