Dresdner Kleinwort Benson (DrKB), the investment banking division of Dresdner Bank, has turned its e-commerce unit, Online Markets, into a separate business division.

The new business will formulate, drive and implement the strategy for DrKB's existing online products and e-financial incubator activities and will also distribute all DrKB's e-commerce products.
