Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, the investment banking arm of Dresdner Bank, has poached James Miller from Lehman Brothers to head its equity capital markets business for North America.
Miller, who becomes DrKW's third global co-head of ECM alongside Andy Edmond and Sven Peter in Europe, is one of 10 new appointments made by the bank to its global equities division.
