Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, the investment banking arm of Germany's Dresdner Bank, has hired two new senior recruits to its European equity capital markets business.

Ernst Baltensperger, former head of European ECM at ING Barings, will join DrKW as head of western European ECM.
