DrugAbuse Sciences, a US pharmaceuticals company which specialises in therapy for alcohol and drug addiction, has postponed its plans to list on the Nouveau Marché in Paris and instead will launch its IPO on Nasdaq early next month.

The company had been planning to list simultaneously on Nasdaq and the Nouveau Marché, but has been held up by the Commission des Opérations de Bourse (COB), the French regulator, which was not happy with its original prospectus.
