Custom House, the Dublin based hedge fund administrator, has become the first fund administrator in the world to be given Management Quality(MQ) rating by Moody's, the ratings agency.

The "Baa1(MQ)" rating reflects Custom House management's "comprehensive understanding of the hedge fund management business, backed up by their extensive experience, providing the company with an excellent insight into key industry trends and developments", according to a spokesman for Moody's.
