Duke Street Capital, the pan-European private equity firm, has created a new role for its finance director, John Hudson, as director responsible for financial control of Duke Street's portfolio companies.

Hudson has been finance director at Duke Street Capital since he joined the firm in 1999. In his new role, he will work with portfolio companies as an interim finance director during the deal process.
