Advisory boutique expands with three hires

EA Markets, launched by former Barclays Capital bankers in 2009, has hired a new team as larger rivals cut back

EA Markets, a corporate finance and capital markets advisory boutique launched by senior bankers from Barclays in 2009, has hired a team of three as larger rivals cut back on staff.

EA Markets said in a statement this morning that it had hired three new managing directors for structured finance: Neil Winward, Greg Raykher and Gerry Kaufman. This brings the boutique's total full-time staff to 12, although it also has an additional 12 people who can act as advisers when needed on a specific project.
