EasyJet, the low-cost aircraft carrier, will launch its initial public offering and listing on the London Stock Exchange before the end of November, despite squalid market conditions for new equity issuers across Europe.
EasyJet said that it will price and begin allocating shares on November 15, with trading and an LSE listing due to be set in motion the following day. The budget airline has decided to press on with its flotation in the face of nervousness among both issuers and investors, not just in London, but across the Continent.
