The European Central Bank Retirement Plan is looking to appoint investment managers and a custodian for the entire €70m ($78.6m) fund.

The ECB is looking for a passive manager with expertise in eurozone equities, euro bonds and euro cash as well as international equities. The ECB may also consider global bonds and emerging markets equities in the future. The assets grow by approximately €18m annually through contributions.
